Settings, presets, the selected printer and content prepared for printing stay on the device. Text and images are sent over Bluetooth to your chosen printer, not to the purchase service. The app may download a Google Font that is not yet cached, creating a connection to Google. A normal app update retains local data; presets are not synchronized with your account. Before uninstalling, export a backup in Settings and save it outside the app. To recover, restore its contents in the new installation. The user is responsible for the destination selected to share or store the file.
We use these services for authentication, purchases, restoring access, app operation and support. Google/Firebase, RevenueCat, Apple, Google Play, Cloudflare and Google Fonts may process data for their respective functions, including outside Brazil. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
We retain account data while the account is active. In the app, open Settings > About > Delete account and confirm your identity. If deletion of the purchase profile fails, the account remains so you can try again. If you uninstalled the app, see how to request deletion by email. Store receipts and records follow the stores' rules; legal obligations may require us to retain some records. Local data and system backups can be removed in your device or backup-service settings.
