Karaí Print, a product of the Ilusão Arte brand, is offered by Everton Machado Rezende. This page explains how to request deletion if you can no longer use the app; it does not submit a request automatically.
Open Settings > About > Delete account, sign in if prompted and confirm your identity. The app requests deletion of the purchase profile before removing your account. If the service does not confirm, the account remains; try again or contact support.
Email karaiprint@gmail.com with the subject “Karaí Print account deletion” and your registered email address. You do not need to reinstall. Do not email passwords, card details or identity documents. Support will verify account ownership and explain the next steps.
The request covers the Firebase account and its linked RevenueCat customer profile. Settings, presets and print content stay on your device; clear the app's data in device settings. System backups may retain preferences. The App Store and Google Play may keep receipts and payment history under their own obligations; legally required records may also be retained for the applicable period.
